1.  PAYMENT for items must be received before goods are sent unless specifically agreed otherwise.

2.  PAYMENT from UK buyers can be made by credit or debit card by phoning us on 01484 428518. We also accept cheques, postal orders, cash (sent at buyer’s risk) and Nochex payments. Payment from overseas buyers can be made by card (as above), sterling bank draft or bank wire transfer. Payment can also be made through Paypal if the above means are inconvenient.

3.  DELIVERY of goods (unless otherwise agreed) will be by Royal Mail (first class mail, Special Delivery or Standard Parcels service in UK or airmail Small Packets service overseas) or Parcelforce (Parcelforce 48 in UK or International Standard Parcels service overseas) depending on weight. We accept no liability for consequential loss resulting from the delivery of goods later than intended.

4.  HANDLING AND SHIPPING charges are waived if stated in the offer for sale and on instruments and outfits bought from this website sent to addresses within UK. If goods are to be returned because they are faulty or were sent in error or through some other fault of ours, the procedure and return costs must be agreed with us before the goods are dispatched. In the case of goods returned for any other reason we shall be entitled to deduct from the refund any collection, currency conversion or customs charges or eBay fees that relate thereto. We will not be liable for the cost of returning goods for any other reason and reserve the right in all cases to reduce the refund to compensate for any damage or diminution in value which in our opinion has been caused by the buyer.

5.  LIABILITY for loss or damage to goods in transit from us to the buyer will be borne by us (unless the buyer has been asked to pay for insurance and refused.)  In the case of goods being returned to us liability for loss or damage during the return transit rests entirely with the sender.

6.  OVERSEAS customers should be aware that we show the actual price paid (excluding shipping) on customs declarations, and do not designate purchases as gifts.
