We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase. If it does not meet with your approval in any way please let us know and we will do our best to satisfy you, including taking the item back for a refund subject to our Terms of Business. Please note we will not take back items sent overseas unless we are at fault in some way.

Parents buying an instrument for their child can therefore be confident that if the child’s teacher does not consider the instrument to be suitable it can be returned to us for a full refund excluding postage and, if bought from one of our eBay auctions, a relisting fee of £5. Applies to UK only.
 
Unless the item is faulty or the description we gave of it is incorrect our guarantee is valid for fourteen days from the date you receive the item. Otherwise the guarantee will run for thirty days at the end of which, subject to your statutory rights under UK law, you will be deemed to have no further claim against us.
